Axiovex Systems is a Michigan company founded by Tristen Pierson and Rockson Arnold. We’re here to solve difficult problems and build connections — doing whatever it takes to make sure problems get solved, and that tomorrow is better than today.
Our approach is to design epistemic structures around a problem: analyze it rigorously, make what is known — and what isn’t — explicit, then build the framework that carries the solution through. Our work starts with education, because tools change fast and judgment compounds.

What does Axiovex Systems do?
We’re an expert AI consultancy and rapid-response engineering team. Do you offer AI training for manufacturing teams?

How can AI help with CMMC compliance?
CMMC — the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification — is the Department of Defense’s cybersecurity certification for defense contractors. AI can’t certify you, and we aren’t assessors — but it can shoulder the readiness work: organizing evidence, drafting and maintaining policies, tracking remediation, and building the audit trails assessors ask to see. Our evidence-centered systems background maps directly onto that job.
We’re a small manufacturer. Where do we start with AI?
Start with education, then one contained pilot. We typically begin with AI 101 for your team, then pick a single high-value workflow — quoting, quality documentation, maintenance triage — and put a private, measured AI system on it before expanding. Small, proven, then bigger.
How do you handle our data?
It stays yours. We design for private inference: your data stays on your floor, under your control, processed locally — not shipped to third-party clouds. We don’t train shared models on client data.
Do you work on jobs and education pipelines?
Yes — workforce development is core to our mission. Beyond AI 101, we build audited workforce intelligence and partner with educators and workforce organizations to connect training pipelines to real manufacturing jobs. Tools change fast; judgment compounds — we help both grow.
Do you work with government or defense organizations?
Yes. We’re members of the Macomb Regional APEX Accelerator and of Velocity — the MEDC SmartZone Business Incubator, Accelerator, and International Landing Zone serving Macomb County, Michigan. We support organizations pursuing government contracts — including CMMC readiness, evidence organization, and AI systems for regulated, high-consequence environments.
