1. General information
The content on this website (the "Site") is published by Axiovex Systems, LLC ("Axiovex Systems," "we," "us," or "our") for general information purposes. It includes our analysis and commentary — the blog, the Signals board, and the monthly Michigan workforce series — built on data republished from the primary sources described below.
2. Data from primary sources
Most figures on the Site are republished from primary sources — principally the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Census Bureau, Michigan state agencies, and federal agency publication feeds. Each figure carries its source and the period it describes (its vintage). Publishing agencies revise their data after first release, sometimes substantially, so a figure here reflects the release available when the page was built and may no longer match the source’s current release. Where a number matters to a decision, check the source it came from.
3. Projections are the agencies’ outlook
Where the Site shows projections — employment outlooks, growth rates, and similar forward-looking figures — they are the publishing agency’s own modeled projections, labeled with the agency and the horizon they cover. They are not forecasts, predictions, or guarantees by Axiovex Systems, and they are not advice. Actual outcomes will differ. Our own commentary is limited to what the published data does and does not show.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or compliance advice, and using the Site does not create a professional or client relationship with Axiovex Systems. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
5. CMMC and compliance-framework content
Content that touches on CMMC or other compliance frameworks is general readiness information only. It is not an assessment, an audit, a certification, or a determination that any organization complies with any framework. As our FAQ states, we aren’t assessors — only an authorized assessment can make a compliance determination.
6. External links
The Site links to third-party websites, including the publishers and agencies whose material we cite. We do not control those sites; their own terms and policies govern your use of them. Links are provided for reference and are not endorsements of the site, the organization, or its content — and inclusion of an item in Signals is not an endorsement either.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. This disclaimer covers reliance on the Site’s content; it does not restate or change that policy.
